Haul & Launch (from January 1st 2026): $7.00 per foot
Notice: We require (3) working days’ notice for all Haul & Launch bookings.
Payment: Haul & Launch must be paid prior to Haul & Launch service.
Yard Services
Pressure Washing (dependent on condition): $1.75 minimum per foot
Scraping (dependent on condition): $1.50 minimum per foot
Hoist Time
For Special Work (per hour): $3.75 per foot
Haul in Sling (max 2 hours): $3.75 per foot
Chocking & Storage
Chocking
Monthly (or any part thereof): $23.00
We reserve the right to charge for additional blocks requested by vessel owners.
Boatyard Storage Only
Main Area: $0.43 per foot per day
Front Yard: $0.45 per foot per day
Coral Cove’s rates for the Boatyard are charged per calendar day. This means you will be charged for each day your boat is in the Boatyard or any part thereof.

Electrical Surcharge
Standard Usage: $2.00 per day
Air Conditioning Unit: $3.00 per day
Dehumidifier: $2.00 per day
Mast & Boom
Boats on land (placed alongside boat): $0.10 per foot per day
Rental of Scaffolding
Short: $1.00 per day each
Tall: $2.00 per day each
Planks: $1.00 per day each
Improper Waste Disposal Fine: $150.00 minimum
Lockers: $35.00 per month
Payment Methods
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Certified Cheque or Bank Transfer.
Payment via wire transfer will only be considered paid when the funds are cleared and arrived in our bank account.
No Haul & Launch service will be carried out until all bills are settled.
Unscheduled boat movement – charges may apply subject to management’s discretion.

VAT & Work Passes
VAT
VAT must be added to all vatable services & utilities, all TT citizens and vessel owners here for more than 180 days.
Work Passes
Basic General Maintenance: $10 US or $68 TT (per person per day)
Welding (Special Conditions): $125.00 TT (per person per day)
Crane Pass: $175 TT (per vessel)
